Fire

Creates a 'fire' like effect by stretching the voxels out randomly.


General Options

Amount

The amount of voxels that will be stretched out.

Speed

The speed of the voxel stretching.

Intensity

How tall the voxels will stretch.

Mask

An optional mask that will make masked voxels not be affected by fire.

Write to Animation Color

Whether or not to write the fire into the animation color mask system.

  • Places where there is no fire will not result in animation color.
  • Places where there is some fire will result in the appropriate amount of animation color, depending on how far the fire is into its stretch cycle at that point.

Stretch

These stretch values determin the direction in which the drip will elongate/shrink the voxels.

They're in world space.

  • X will stretch voxels left/right.
  • Y will stretch voxels up/down.
  • Z will stretch voxels forward/backward.

Positive Stretch

Determines how much stretch will occur on the positive part of an axis.

Negative Stretch

Determines how much stretch will occur on the negative part of an axis.
